At Hidden Archive, we offer both pre-order and in-stock items. Our products are fulfilled differently depending on whether an item is already available or needs to be sourced.
Once an item is ready for delivery, we arrange delivery directly to the customer. Uber Packages is our primary delivery service, although another delivery provider may be used when necessary.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are sourced specifically for your order.
Pre-ordered items are typically delivered to the customer within 10 days of placing the order.
The 10-day timeframe is an estimate and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of Hidden Archive’s control, including supplier delays, courier delays, customs, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will keep you updated if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items are already available and do not require the sourcing period associated with pre-orders.
Once your order is confirmed and processed, the item will be prepared for delivery.
In-stock items are generally dispatched for delivery shortly after the order has been processed.
Delivery
Uber Packages is our primary delivery service for both pre-order and in-stock items.
Once your order is ready, Hidden Archive will arrange delivery to the address provided at checkout.
An alternative courier or delivery service may be used where necessary.
Delivery times for in-stock items may vary depending on your location, courier availability, traffic, and other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

Hidden Archive is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If you need to update your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Delivery Fees
Applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before delivery, depending on your delivery location and the delivery method used.
Delivery fees may vary based on location and courier availability.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Where tracking or delivery updates are available, they may be provided once your order has been dispatched.
For deliveries made through Uber Packages, delivery updates may also be available through the relevant Uber delivery system.
Delays
While we aim to meet our estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside of Hidden Archive’s control.
For pre-order items, the 10-day timeframe represents the estimated total time from placing your order to delivery to you.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will provide an update on its status.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the items may be delivered together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you would like the in-stock item delivered separately before the pre-order item is ready, please contact us to discuss the available delivery arrangements. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Once an item is ready, delivery is arranged directly to the customer, primarily through Uber Packages.
